Payment & Transaction Policy

The company accepts the following payment methods: Bank Transfer (T/T, L/C) or local payment, depending on the contract.
Orders are confirmed only after both parties sign the contract and complete the payment agreement.
Accepted currencies: VND or USD, depending on the transaction.
In case of cancellation or adjustment, both parties shall agree in writing on all related costs and conditions.
